Human Rights Activities:

Article 12 to 35 contained in Part III of the Constitution deal with Fundamental Rights i.e. Right to equality, equality before law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, equal opportunity in matters of employment.

Under NACIA Projects, Human rights activities encompass a wide range of efforts aimed at promoting and protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs. These activities can take various forms and may be carried out by individuals, organizations, governments, and international bodies. Here are some examples of human rights activities:-

Advocacy and Awareness Campaigns

We at NACIA Foundation raise awareness about human rights activities, advocates work, specific issues arisen at work place, such as gender equality, freedom of expression, or the rights of marginalized communities. Under organizational campaigns, events, and public demonstrations we try to educate the public and mobilize support for human rights causes.

Team NACIA Foundation provide legal aid and support to individuals whose rights have been violated. This may involve representing victims of discrimination or injustice in court, offering advice on legal procedures, or documenting human rights abuses for future advocacy efforts.
