Rights of Indian Citizen

Right to Equality (Articles 14-18): Guarantees equality before the law and prohibits discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth. It also provides for equal opportunity in matters of public employment and prohibits untouchability.

Right against Exploitation (Articles 23-24): Prohibits trafficking in human beings and forced labor. It also prohibits employment of children in hazardous occupations.

Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25-28): Guarantees the freedom of conscience and the right to profess, practice, and propagate religion. It also ensures the freedom to manage religious affairs and provides for protection of religious institutions.

Cultural and Educational Rights (Articles 29-30): Provides for the protection of the rights of minorities to conserve their language, script, and culture. It also allows minorities to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.

Right to Constitutional Remedies (Article 32): Enables citizens to move the Supreme Court for the enforcement of fundamental rights through writs such as habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto, and certiorari.
